Liz Marks is an experienced leadership and management coach. She has worked internationally with some of industry's existing and potential influencers. She brings a rounded skill set to support a natural aptitude for the promotion of personal growth, development, improved communications and enhanced performance. Her insightful, positive and practical approach brings clients a fresh perspective on their current and future challenges. A sparky and warm personality, combined with her professional coaching approach, help her to form powerful working partnerships.

Liz brings a track record of working with senior and potential partners within regional, international and 'Magic Circle' law and professional services firms. She works alongside teams and senior leaders, facilitating their best performance, development and thinking time. A former manager and business counsellor herself, Liz is a visiting Executive MBA tutor on leadership and management skills at the London Business School. Liz has contributed thought leadership across the board, from world-class business leader programmes, the DTI's study on Inspirational Leadership, to Channel Four's "Boss Swap" series.

An expert in transitioning to new roles, her other areas of specialism include: the development and progression of leaders and high-potential people; business development and practice building for professional services; team facilitation and development; interpersonal presence and impact. She has expert knowledge and practical experience of the development of professional firms as well as communications and marketing strategy and management. She speaks English as a first language, working French and conversational Norwegian and Spanish.
