Lynn Mercer is a consultant who helps business leaders and senior management teams to achieve personal, organisation and business development.

Drawing on his significant international experience of business, people, change and information management he provides support to those seeking to clarify opportunity and direction and realise their ambitions. Lynn has been a consultant since 1992 and is an IMC Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of, and registered consultant with, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He was trained in business in the USA and in human resource management in UK. His previous career was with British Petroleum for whom he held a number of senior international management positions including: head of a global plastics business; head of world-wide IT for BP Chemicals; head of HR for a major subsidiary company; leader of major change programmes.

He has delivered consulting assignments in UK, USA, Europe and the Far East. Lynn is an active personal mentor / coach to directors and other senior executives in business. He is also the leader of an executive development programme for a client organisation.
