Marcia L Witte is an experienced consultant and coach. She has many years of experience as a consultant with Andersen Consulting and IBM. She worked in London for 15 years both as a consultant and business owner running a change management consultancy. Marcia is driven by a desire to realise the potential in individuals and organisations by coaching key decision makers. Her belief is that one of the best ways for consultants to support organisations in their change efforts is to work closely with key individuals (sometimes in team settings) to help them help themselves – and support others – in their efforts to change. While in the UK she worked on high level projects of an organisational and individual level with The House of Commons, Clifford Chance, British Land and Rolls Royce. |
