Peter Callender is a coach and management consultant specialising in improving the performance of organisations by concentrating on the quality of leadership at all levels. After a career with The London Stock Exchange and Price Waterhouse he has worked over the last decade with: The British Council on international team projects, Hewlett Packard, Mercedes Benz, Oracle, Philips, Price Waterhouse, Seagram, Sainsbury and Unilever. Peter has worked as a leadership/business coach with these clients at the highest levels coaching senior managers through high profile change management projects. Areas where Peter has demonstrated his high level skills include: advising Unilever's northern HR director on his annual strategy, which was then adopted by the rest of the company. Coaching the senior management team of an engineering company turning over £10 million and facilitating its move into profitability for all its eleven branches. Working with the CEO of a major charity to redefine its strategy and place it on a more sustainable financial footing. Peter is an accredited coach with CIPD and holds an MA in manpower studies. |
